Refund Policy: All Online Training Course Purchases are final and Non-Refundable
Online courses are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases. We do provide free sample content so you can try the resources before you purchase a course.
Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted for any reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange on Multiple payments for the same course:
In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course then the Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value. Exchange request must be received by email at contact@arshiyaf2.sg-host.com. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
Cancellation of your subscription:
You must cancel your subscription before the next payment date is due. Once you have requested to cancel, you will still have access to our resources until the expiry date. After the expiry date, your subscription will automatically change from Pending Cancellation to Cancelled.
